The Internet version of Interactive Mathematics and Interactive English allows you to work on lessons while in the classroom, at home, in your office, or at other locations that offer Internet access. In order for you to install and to use the Internet version, your student workstation must meet the following requirements listed below.

Computer must be Windows 95 or Windows NT Workstation 4.0 Certified

CPU Intel Pentium processor
Hard Disk 150 MB of uncompressed free space (100 MB if for Interactive Math only)
RAM 32 MB (Interactive Math with Windows 95 requires only 16 MB) NT Workstation requires a minimum paging file size of 128 MB
CD-ROM 4X CD-ROM drive (or higher) with 32-bit driver(s)
Video Card Matrox, Cirrus, S3, or ATI Chip Set capable of displaying a "High Color (16 bit)" color palette
Monitor SVGA
Sound Card Amplified SoundBlaster 16 or compatible Must be amplified
Operating System (OS) Windows 95, Windows 98, or Windows NT Workstation 4.0
Internet Access Internet dial-up connection or 10BaseT Ethernet campus connection -Must have Microsoft TCP/IP
-Minimum 28.8 modem
Browser One of the following Web browsers (installed and able to access the Internet):
-Netscape Navigator (Version 3 or higher)
-Microsoft Internet Explorer (Version 3 or higher)
Firewalls and Proxy Servers For those using a campus or company network, verify that there are no firewalls or proxy servers between your workstation and the Internet, as either can prevent you from connecting to the server.
